Introvert personality VS Real Estate Negotiator

As most of the people expected, an introvert person is usually person who acquaint things slower. I am an introvert person but also a salesperson in the Real Estate Industry for 9 years. It is very surprising that I would have become a Probationary Estate Agent after all.First of all, I do have to interact with customers, leaders and now my team members! This is because I always know that when you lose your head, just follow your gut. Knowing that being introverted is not gonna help in my career development, I focus on my strengths which are strong observation, focusing and researching. Once again, it proves me that I am right.

Breakthrough happens when limiting thoughts and behaviors are challenged

I was a mediocre person before joining IQI Elite Group back in 2018. I have no experience in selling projects and so. However, I was glad that I have met with Joel Low – my leader who motivates me by a lot. He has led me further into knowing the culture of IQI Elite Group which always helps the members to discover their strengths and fully utilizes them.
Whereas the difficulty, whereas you should get through on it ! I started to focus on my project sales and get on learning from leaders and IQI Elite Group 24 hours training system to make my weakness into strength. From doing sub sales into project marketing. In 2019 I have transacted more than RM16mil sales and achieved 15 times IQI Elite Sabah Monthly Top Performers in between year 2018 – 2019.

Still remember those early days of my career when clients questioned why they needed us when they could just take a photo by themselves and post it online. Some of them are more knowledgeable and asked questions that I couldn’t answer. Thanks to IQI Elite Group and my leader, with systematic way of learning, I could pick up the knowledge fast at any time and anywhere.
Besides that, I actually take photos with a DSLR camera & Drone which present the property at its best condition and more professional way. I hope to bring the best visual presentation for my clients especially in the era of digitalization.

I attended several seminars, property fair, read real estate books that could help me further learning and pursued an executive diploma in real estate by flying to KL every week and now I’m a probationary estate agent on my pathway to be a registered estate agent.
