About Felicia
Prior joining the Real Estate Industry, Felicia had worked in various Multinational Corporations in the Healthcare Industry holding senior managerial positions. Shehad decided to leave the comfort of having a good promising career and a well-paid job to pursue her dream in Real Estate.
Felicia’s Qualifications
Felicia graduated from The National University of Malaysia (UKM) with Bachelor of Optometry (Hons) Degree and PostDip Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
She obtained her Diploma in Estate Agency from The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) in 2019 and is now a Probationary Estate Agent (PEA)
Currently she is undertaking the Test of Professional Competence (TPC) for the real estate `agency practice and is looking forward to receiving her Real Estate Agent (REA) License soon.
Felicia’s Real Estate Journey
Felicia joined IQI Realty Sdn Bhd in 2019 as a full time negotiator focusing on the sub sales market and specialized in commercial and industrial properties. Her main focus areas are KLCC, KL Eco City, Bangsar South, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Port Klang.
Felicia has been with IQI Elite Group since 2019. She is very fortunate and proud to be part of Elite Group. Elite is a great team to be in as there is Elite University – an excellent platform that all agents can refer to improve their professional knowledge and marketing skills. There are many great leaders out there to motivate and to assist the group members and it’s also a great place to start your real estate career. You can find many multi-talented agents in the group either focusing on projects or sub sales. The 18 Months Deal
The most memorable deal for Felicia was being able to help her client to sell a commercial building in the KLCC area in 2021, during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a year full of challenges with lots of negative sentiments on commercial properties. There were lots of unforeseen interventions on this property transaction. Finally It took almost 1 ½ years to conclude the whole transaction. Felicia has recently won the StarProperty Deal of The Year (Commercial) Award 2022 for this most memorable deal. Always remember:
