* Positive Attitude

In these 5 years in Real Estate, I have been through Good Time like Close a Deal through Zoom without the buyer visiting the Showroom to Bad Deal after signing the SPA, buyer still wants to cancel the deal even buyer has to pay penalty of 10% Down Payment. Through all these Challenges I have learned to be Positive and accept each challenge as it comes and learn from each situation as some situation is just beyond our control. We Let Go & Move On!

* Embrace Real Estate as Your Own Business

When it is your own business, this will mean you will need to do planning in terms of Sales Target Yearly, Resource Planning, Marketing Strategies & Plans, People & Team Development, Financial Planning & etc. Through thorough & detail planning then only your Sales Goal can be achieved

Be an Entrepreneur
– a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit

* Customer Service

What makes you different from the other agent is your Good Customer Service. Let your buyers have a good impression of you that you are doing your job as a Professional and you care to find them a Dream Home or a Good Investment. Spend quality time to explain each project’s advantages and disadvantages then help buyers make a Sound Decision. This year I am very blessed to have my 2 old buyers engage me back because their children were looking for a house.

Let the buyer see us as a trustworthy person that tells the truth even if it is not favorable to the Sales. Buyers can see through our eyes whether we are sincere and genuine.

In Real Estate you can’t avoid involving in some Risk Taking. No Risk No Gain.

In doing our advertisement we might need to open a few advertisements to test the setting we have done or the location & age group we want to target. A lot of agents easily give up when they don’t see their ads yielding results. More importantly they should try to analyse what is the problem with the ads and change setting or media of communication accordingly to yield better results

* Persistency & Hard Work

Nothing is Free in this World. You want to make a good living through Real Estate you need to work hard through Continuous Improvement on Self & Team. Give Up should Never Be in your Vocabulary!
